Vektori POS is not connecting to my payment terminal. Why?

Is your payment terminal connected to the network via Wi-Fi or GPRS? The connection to Vektori POS operates over the network.

If you are using a Nets terminal, does the top-left corner of the terminal screen display "ECR"? What color is the text? You can find detailed instructions here.
