I've connected my payment terminal to Vektori Cloud, but it doesn't prompt for card payments.

Please make sure that Vektori POS is properly connected to the payment terminal. You can check this in the Vektori POS app by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner or selecting Actions -> Settings.
Ensure that the correct printer and payment terminal are selected in their respective fields.
