Sales rows and basic functions

Sales rows can be modified with various actions. Selected rows appear green for easy visualization.

1. Select row(s) to modify. 
2. Give discount in € or %.
3. Change quantity of products.
4. Change price.
5. Print command will print the open sales basket receipt.
6. Split the selected row to multiple rows. Note. The quantity will be divided also.
7. Merge splitted rows.
8. Select or deselect all rows with one click.
9. Delete selected rows.
10. Duplicate the selected row.
